This full renovation and extension to a 1950’s semi-detached house in Sutton had a clear brief “To bring this out of date house up to modern standards with bright and airy spaces, with the benefit of improved energy efficiency.”

The works involved the stripping back of the house to it’s shell, adjustments to the existing layout were made to allow for the seamless integration of the additional 110 square metre of extra floor space with the existing house. The resulting A rated house with its strong forms to the rear & side extensions, extensive living spaces with split levels and the 5 double bedrooms over 3 floors surpassed the clients expectations.
