Our clients came to us tired of a kitchen / dining space which no longer worked for their growing family. They wanted a new larger modern style open plan area with a larger kitchen, improved dining space and an additional seating area. With a north facing rear elevation to the house, the use of the large frameless roof light set in the new flat roofed extension with its 9 ft ceiling heights and the use of a high level slot window to the west gable wall ensured that the open plan space was awash with natural light giving the space that modern style our clients sought.
