Located on the north side of Dublin, GAP Architecture & Design was established in 2000 and for over 20 years, we have made our clients’ dreams become reality.

We are passionate about designing the places and spaces where people will love to live. We are dedicated to creating homes that enhance people’s lives – welcoming spaces filled with natural light and connections to the outside.

We constantly research and analyse current and future trends in architectural design and we use this knowledge to inspire our traditional and contemporary designed homes and extensions which will be loved by our clients for many years to come.

Stephen Hill

Since graduating from the School of Architecture, Bolton Street in 1995 Stephen has worked in varying architectural practices such as Aer Rianta Technical Consultants, Anthony Reddy & Associates and South Dublin County Council Architects Department all before establishing GAP Architecture in 2000.

Now with over 25 years experience in the construction industry, Stephen, in his role with GAP Architecture, specialises in one off houses, home extensions, renovation projects and property condition reports. He provides clear and simplified professional advice to our clients giving them the opportunity to discuss all areas of their projects thus ensuring that they realise the home of their dreams.
