– Renovation & Extension –

This renovation and extension project to a 1940’s house in Donnycarney involved a full retrofit of the existing house which had been extended on numerous occasions over its lifetime. The works involved the relocation of the stairs to allow for a better flow between the spaces within the house. A modest new extension to the rear of the house at ground floor level allowed for the linking of the previous extension and the original house to generate a large open plan living space with direct access to the rear garden area.
